The summer immersion program is a unique, week long (June 7-12, 2026) transformative experience for teens (ages 13-16) who are interested in learning more about the world of medicine and healthcare.
You will learn from distinguished healthcare professionals and professors by way of a variety of hands-on and engaged learning activities that will set you apart in high school and beyond.
Important Dates
- The deadline to apply and pay the deposit is Friday, May 1, 2026
- Full tuition needs to be made by May 22, 2026
- We reserve the right to cancel/postpone the summer camp program if enrollment is not met with at least 18 students
Tuition Costs
- Total tuition for the summer camp program is $1,200
- A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to finalize your application
Scholarship Information
- If applying for a scholarship, there will be three documents to upload. These documents may also be emailed to Ramon Galinanes Jr.
- A 400-word essay on why you are interested in learning more about healthcare and medicine
- A copy of your most recent middle school/high school transcript
- A letter of recommendation by one of your teachers
- The number of employees, scholarships offered, and the overall program budget are closely tied to the number of students enrolled. Therefore, participants who request cancellation by (May 22, 2026) will receive a refund of all amounts paid less the deposit.
- If the program does not meet the required enrollment, all participants will be refunded after May 22
