Attend this group advising session led by OIP staff to learn more about program options, application process, scholarships and more. Attending this group session will fulfill the advising requirement to start a program application, though students are always welcome to schedule an individual appointment with an advisor using the link below. Gilman International Scholarship Information Session

The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship is a scholarship opportunity available to students who receive a Federal Pell Grant. Eligible students may receive up to $9,000 in funding for a study or intern abroad experience. During this information session, staff from the OIP will review the scholarship goals, eligibility requirements and application components. The next application cycle deadline is Sept. 20th for Interim 2027, Spring 2027, Summer 2027, Fall 2027 and Academic Year 2027-2028....

Mungo Exchange Block Party

The Mungo Exchange consists of the Office of International Programs, the Center for Community-Based Learning, the Office of Undergraduate Research and the Career Center. Join us for this year's Mungo Exchange Block Party on Thursday, Sept. 17, from 5:30-7 p.m. in front of our building on Evins Street. There will be food trucks, music, study abroad providers, community partners, employers, free T-shirts (while supplies last) and more!

Study Abroad Fair - Part of the Mungo Exchange Block Party!

Wondering when and where the study abroad fair will be this semester? Come to the Mungo Exchange Block Party! Our study abroad providers as well as international programs staff will be there to discuss program options and answer student questions. The Mungo Exchange Block Party is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 17, from 5:30-7 p.m. in front of the Michael S. Brown Village Center (Evins St.). There will be food trucks, a DJ, a petting zoo and free T-shirts!

Gilman International Scholarship Application Deadline

The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship is a scholarship opportunity available to students who receive a Federal Pell grant. Yasmin Lee '23 will present “Conjuring Folklore in Cinema,” a screening event that reflects on the skills an independent filmmaker must possess while remaining creative and entrepreneurial. This event will include an exclusive screening of Lee's latest short film, “Spirits Talk,” followed by a Q&A and networking opportunities with film industry professionals.
